Terms and Conditions – Revenue Pixels

Welcome to Revenue Pixels! By accessing or using any of our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

  1. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Revenue Pixels’ digital marketing services including, but not limited to, SEO, social media marketing, advertising, content creation, website development, and analytics. These services are offered to clients for business use only. By entering into a service agreement or making any payment, you agree to abide by these Terms.

  1. Changes to Terms of Use

Revenue Pixels reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on our website or notifying you via email. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Participation

By engaging Revenue Pixels, you agree to participate in a collaborative and timely manner throughout the project. Your participation may include providing necessary access credentials, business information, branding guidelines, approvals, and feedback within agreed timeframes.

  1. Registration

Certain services may require you to create accounts or register through third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager). You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  1. Payment Terms
  • All services are billed in advance unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • A late fee may be applied to overdue invoices.
  • One-time setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable.
  • Delayed payments beyond [ insert duration] may result in service suspension.
  1. Contract Duration & Termination
  • The minimum contract duration is [insert duration] unless otherwise stated.
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with [insert duration] written notice after the minimum term.

  1. Prohibited Acts, Monitoring of Content, and Termination

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or misleading purposes.
  • Upload or share malicious content or viruses.
  • Infringe on any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
  • Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks. Revenue Pixels reserves the right to monitor all content and activities related to our services. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts/services if we suspect any prohibited conduct or violation of terms.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide all necessary inputs, assets, approvals, and access in a timely manner.
  • Refrain from modifying live campaigns or websites without notifying us.
  • Ensure all content you provide (texts, images, videos, etc.) does not infringe on third-party rights.
  1. Copyright

All original content created by Revenue Pixels, including designs, ad creatives, written material, and strategy documents, remains the intellectual property of Revenue Pixels until full payment is received. Upon payment:

  • Clients receive full rights to materials created specifically for them.
  • Revenue Pixels retains the right to use deliverables in portfolios or promotional content unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Clients must not reuse or distribute our copyrighted materials in any form without explicit permission unless ownership has been transferred in writing.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive business data, strategies, credentials, and proprietary information shared during the partnership.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Revenue Pixels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
